My hard drive, My Document folder, Shared Document folder, and Security system have been infected with 10 different viruses total. I have Kapersky and according to Kapersky, the viruses are quarantined, but a tab titled "Security Analysis" is indicating that the viruses have not been removed. I'm fearful of exiting out of the internet for fear of the viruses spreading. Please assist in what I need to do. Thanks.

Some of the viruses are:
HTML/Scrlnject.B.Gen
Trojan.BrowseBan
Trojan.Encoder.57
Win32/Sality
W32.SillyFDC.BDM
