I have been unable to open Incredimail on my PC since yesterday, when I try to open I get a message as follows:

"Critical error has occurred, Incredimail cannot continue this session"

Can anyone please help, many thanks

First try using Windows' "System Restore" to return Windows to a previous state, (when Incredimail was functioning correctly).

If that fails, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Incredimail.
