Hello, I have some unknown virus on my computer which I don't know how to remove. Symptoms include slow running OS, random shut-offs with blue screen Error message, missing print spool ... I ran Malwarebytes' few times but does not seem to help. Could someone please help to clean my PC. Thanks. Arek

Hello. I tried to run the OTL but it hangs up and I cannot get it run. Also, when the PC shuts down I get a "C00011FF Unknown Hard Error" message on the blue screen. Also, Print Spooler Service is not running and I cannot get it to turn on. I was told that some viruses attack this area ... this is my work computer and I cannot get work done. I would appreciate any help available. thank you!
