Preformed an illegal opperation[RESOLVED]

HI,
I tried to do a search to see if someone else had this problem before I posted. I remember having this problem before but don't remember what setting I changed to stop this. That was on an older version of Ad Aware.
Funny it was working fine until I reformatted my hard drive. It also worked fine for the first couple times I used it then I up graded my stupid Window's media player, if that had something to do with it. I also changed my registery back to a day that I knew it was working and before it had problems. I was able to update my files but after it scanned and when I went to delete the files I got the same This program had preformed an illegal opperation......
