^basically same issue as above. also tried downloading files to add to registry and that did not work. any advice?

Rather than posting a link to another site, please describe YOUR problem on YOUR computer, including the make and model if branded, the O/S and which SP ie: XP Professional SP3. Also include how long you have had the problem, what you have already tried to resolve it.
This is far more effective than simply posting a link and adding one brief line of type.
