Vista computer won't connect to Internet with ethernet or wireless

Hi, i have a windows vista computer. I had AVG and Norton stuff on my computer and tried to remove it to make way for new program. anyhow that was the last thing I did and then this morning it would not connect to the internet.

I ran a diagnose on explorer and is said " the network adapter Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller" has driver , hardware issues

Also in CMP I ran that Ipconfig and all i got was media state : media Disconnected

I have all other computer running fine with internet. I don't know what to do. Need mad help Please

Try a system restore to before the problem started.

Then have only one antivirus program on your PC at a time.

Norton removal tool:
