Combofix doesn't end?

So I had a malware problem, and then I was given instructions to run Combofix and etc. I ran combo fix about 3 days ago, and it has been going on since then and not going past the "Preparing Log Report" part. I haven't done anything to the computer that I ran ComboFix on except for pressing space bar to get it off sleep mode, and etc. But it was turned off for the past 24 hours because I believed it automatically rebooted and I was too busy to check. But I just turned on the computer, and upon startup, the Combofix window was still open with the "preparing log report" text.

What kind of problem am I dealing with here?
