Windows 7 Explorer Not Responding (right click)

I keep getting the following error message:
Windows Explorer is not Responding
So I have to restart Windows Explorer and it works fine.
I also have a problem with Word & Excel - the same thing happens, they just freeze!
It happens whenever I right click on the mouse - it all just freezes.
PLEASE HELP!
