safari error CFURLErrorDomain:306 I cannot get safari to work after removing spyware.

I cannot get safari or IE to open or work after removing spyware. I get the following error in safari: CFURLErrorDomain:306
I also get a winsock 2 error in IE. I cannot access internet on my home computer at all.

Can anyone help?

from a previous message on this website I ran OTL files and have the OTL.txt and Extras.txt
