Can you be more specific?
Does the web-browser window turn all white when in full-screen on any website, or does it only happen when you want to play a flash video in full screen mode?

If it's the latter, I found this and it solved the problem for many who followed it:

Right click on the flash movie while it is playing in the default small view.
Click "settings" from the right-click menu.
Uncheck "enable hardware acceleration".

Older video cards do not support 'hardware acceleration', and the latest flash player uses that setting as the default.
When it's not supported by your video card, you get a blank white video window instead of the video.

All credit due to "Parker1227" if this works for you, I just passed it on.
