I believe my Internet Explorer bar has been hacked

I have followed all of the steps and have saved a log file from both HJT and from ewido. Ewido found 4 infections however this has not rectified the problem. Would it be possible to get some help distinguishing what i need to fix in HJT. There seems to be quite a list after the scan. Thank you
Incidently my IE address bar hasnt been working for quite some time now. Each time I use it I get an invalid syntax error so consequently, I have a suspicion that it has been hacked.
