I tried to restore my system and my cpmputer went dead during the process. When I turned it back on it read STOP:coooo21a {Fatal System Error}
The windows logon process process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000) The system has been shut down. I have no idea what this means or what to do to fix it. I can't start up with safe mode or anything. Please help me. Thank you in advance.

How did you attempt to restore your computer? Did you use reinstallation disks supplied with the computer, a retail XP CD, or a program which uses the recovery partition on your computer?
At what point did your computer die? Was any error message given?
What is the make (HP, Dell, etc.) of your computer?
Why did you try to restore your system? What was causing problems?

If you have a retail XP CD, try going to the recovery console and running chkdsk /r
btw, if you don't have a cd, go here: http://sites.google....-console-for-xp
Follow the instructions to burn a CD, and then try the command chkdsk /r
