"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I got this from Device manager, when I inserted my card reader in to the system and it was not working. Are there any solutions? I did tried to reinstall drivers and reboot OS, but the same result. Any suggestions?

The reader may have developed a fault. Easiest test is to buy a new reader since they don't by any stretch cost a fortune.
If you want further confirmation first, try the reader plugged into a different PC. Same problem? It's a faulty reader for sure.
