Working with Windows 7, the taskbar has disappeared somehow - child pushed a button!

Well under the control panel, I am unable to open the option for taskbar and start menu options to put the taskbar back on top of all other windows. The option is there, just won't work.

Unsure how to gain access to my programs, and anything like that.??


Is there anything else that I can do to access taskbar/start menu options??

Set your taskbar so it's always on top of all desktop windows:
1.

Right-click the taskbar, and click Properties.
2.

Select the Lock the taskbar check box.
3.

Make sure the Auto-hide the taskbar check box is not selected.
