Previously posted with this challenge with no response. Worked with MS and finally received disk to do a repair. This appears to have done a partial repair. Some downloads and installations still fail. I am unable to sign into do banking on some of the acct. that i do for elderly family members. Have spoken with banks and gone thru the requirements and my system is in compliance, we have changed pwords and usernames to see if that might repair whatever is going on. All to no avail.
Since there is a geographic hurdle, this online ability to keep things functioning for them WAS a God=send that has now turned into a nightmare. I am out of ideas to get this functioning again.
I have verified that my os is legitimate after the repair as well, properly activated.
My virus and malware scans are all 100% clear also.

The only thing that concerns me is that when i sign into your site, rather than going to the area i am requesting, it sends me back to my email. Could this be a clue to some of you much smarter folks than I am ??????
Thank you for any help you can offer.
