So it has been about a year since I picked up my Hp Pavilion Elite e9 180f. The origonal system came with a preloaded copy of windows vista. This was then updated some months later to windows 7 64 bit. Shortly thereafter the system died and I had to do a clean installation of windows 7. This worked and the computer worked fine. However starting some 4-5 months ago the system would periodically go down with a clock interupt... Bsod. This was infrequent at the time and I paid it little head. Unfortunately this problem has persisted and this week the bsod episodes have become unbareably common. often occuring 2-3 times a day. These tend to show up after the computer has come out of hibernation and rarely occur after a cold start. I presumed that this would have been due to my out of date nvidia drivers(the sound would become choppy and the screen would freeze and lag up) I updated those and they are now valid. However, the problem still persists.

I am running windows 7 64 bit
9 Gb ram
Quad core i7 processor 2.67 Ghz
nvidia geforce 250 card

If you require any information, tell me how to get it and I will try. I am not incredibly good with computers so try and put things lightly but I will attept to provide as much information as needed.
