I'm not so sure what happened with my lap top i left it on for a while and when i came back it told me there was an error i cant quite remember what it said but I shut down the computer and when i started it up again I got a screen saying

" windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause"
If windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly, start up repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. If power was interrupted during the start up choose start windows normally or Launch startup repair(recommended)

After i choose start windows normally it goes in a loop and ends up back at the screen above. When i choose Launch startup repair it says windows is loading files for a few secs and then gos to the Microsoft corporation loading screen then for about 5mins or so i am stuck with a black screen with only my mouse

Help please i have no clue whats going on I cant even boot windows in safe mode so i have no clue what to do
