Yep that is right. I don't see anything there that is causing a problem.
Are you using a bookmark or favorite to go to the site?
Have you tried to type in the web address and see if it works?
I just tried it again HERE and it worked fine.

I have used a bookmark. I also have typed in the address on IE and Firefox, but it just times out.

Yes, I can go into everywhere else. I could go into esalerugs 2 days ago, but then it wouldn't let me in after that.

Suggestion made by one of our Techs.
Go to start then to run or search.
Type in ipconfig /flushdns and then click Enter
Let me know the results.

More instructions in case the above doesn't work.

How to turn Windows Defender on or off

1. Open Windows Defender by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Defender.

2. Click Tools, and then click Options.

3. Under Administrator options, select or clear the Use Windows Defender check box, and then click Save.

Administrator permission required. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

If those instructions are not appropriate for your version of Windows go to this link for instructions on how to enable/disable Windows Defender

Turned off Windows Defender and it didn't help. Also did the ipconfig/flushdns. It said that it successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache. It also did not help with connecting to the website (esalerugs). I wish one of them worked.

We're still working on it.
The next suggestion is a hard reset on the router for internet.
Disconnect power to it for 5 minutes and then reconnect power. This should reset router back to factory settings.

Question have you rebooted since running all the above suggestions?
If not do so and then try the site. Sorry I forgot to tell you that. :D

I'm pasting the latest response I was given since the instructions are exact.

* Powering off the router won't normally do a factory reset, they usually store their settings in NVR. It is normally done through the console (192.168.1.1?). Note: For some ISPs the settings (username & password often) will require re-entering after a factory reset
* Have you checked the hosts file? Get him to download and install Hostsexpert from here.
o Run it
o Copy to Clipboard
o Copy Hosts File
o Paste in his next reply

* Any blocking addons? Ask him to do Ctrl+Shift+A in FF to check
* Finally, www.esalerugs.com uses the mydyndns DNS servers. I'm pretty sure they offer IP blocking an and various other spam prevention methods. It may be that your OP has unfortunately picked up an IP on the blacklist

Doesn't sound like malware, blocking just a single site dealing in carpets
