Error code 100000d1 translates in English typically as meaning DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This indicates any of the following;

Bad device driver
Bad or incompatible RAM module(s)
Corrupt Paging File (used for Virtual Memory when there's insufficient free physical RAM for a particular task)

If you recently installed a driver, start Windows in Safe Mode and uninstall it or roll-back to previous version if available, via Device Manager.

You can test the RAM with this utility (make a bootable CD from the download): http://www.memtest86.com/

For a corrupt pagefile, select the "no pagefile option" under the
perfomance menu in Control Panel >> System, & restart your system (it will be slower than usual without a page file).
This time in Windows, DEselect the "no pagefile" option and again restart Windows. A new page file will be created automatically.
