hello,
well not sure how it happened, but my computer used to work fine, never got BSOD
but recently i started to get them. So i took out parts of my computer and when i take out my video card my computer works, when i put my video card back in i get BSOD, so not sure what to do. my video card is geforce 8400 gs.
BSOD says,
Technical Information:

please help me (:

Hi alehoop,

Try to remove all your videocard drivers and installing the newest one. See if that helps.
If that doesn't help, try to figure out if your videocard is getting to hot. It might be overheating causing the BSOD's.
You can do this by opening the case and holding your hand close to the videocard. Also installing a program to read system temps is an option.
Speedfan or Everest Free (Sensor part) are good options.

If this is not the problem, it is likely your video card is damaged. Try using a different video card and see if you have BSOD's.
