My name is Dominic and have just registered.

I have had problems with 'look-today' for the last 5 or 6 weeks and only found your website today - Having read some of the previous posts, I've downloaded and run Ad-Ware and rebooted my PC and run the HJT log.....please would you be good enough to advise me on next steps - thanks in advance

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Hi there..............million thanks for helping me out!
I followed the instructions and when opening explorer just now look-today has been removed........please find enclosed my latest HJT logs. I also downloaded spyblaster and hope I've set this up right too? again, many thanks

Congratulations! Your system is CLEAN <_<

However, you don't have Windows Critical updates installed. This will lead to a very frequent reinfection. Click Here -> Windows Update
