Attention Spyware Alert

I have an Antivirus spyware alert that keeps popping up and will not allow me to open any programs. It says different warnings. One of them is "wuauclt.exe is infected". Another is "infiltration alert threat win/32/Nugel.E". It keeps opening internet explorer to things like viagra.com and other sites like that. I tried to research before posting to see what I could do and found another thread that was exactly this problem, but it was closed because her husband took it somewhere else to fix it. this is the link to that issue, it has more detail of the problem in her first post. PLEASE HELP! Thank you in advance!

I have now been able to run OTL and Malwarebytes. The problem is still there. It seems to be called Antivirus Action. It is on the task bar and says Application cannot be executed. The file taskeng.exe is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now? I'm sorry this post is now in the wrong forum.

  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
  • Post the log it produces in your next reply.

Posted Image Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here.

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:

If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Next,

I recommend to remove all file sharing programs like uTorrent as they can easily infect your computer.
