Hello,
i recently got a new job at a gym, and they are having computer problems. Im currently studying Information Technology, but i need some assistance. The GM of the gym thought that the computer had a virus so he downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a scan. Once the scan finished it displayed that it found a Rootkit.agent, and 2 trojan.dropper's. Even know malwarebytes found them, the problems are still occuring. I've done some research and came to believe that Rootkits are a pain in the [bleep] to remove, i will be working at the gym a few days a week from 5-9 eastern time. i would highly appriciate some help with removing rootkit.agent

Thanks
Jaron
