Hello guys.

So my problem is one that is more common I suppose. A while back my Dad was browsing on the internet when one of those fake virus scan pop ups reared its ugly head. I've warned him in the past that if anything like that pops up to not do anything and to notify me immediately. I don't think he clicked anything as he let me know and I exited out of Firefox via Ctr+Alt+Del. Even after this I can't help but think that my browsing has slowed a little and for the past few days I have been receiving a dialog box saying I have one a Walmart gift card/ things like that. It pops up on a safe website that I have visited many times before and have never had anything show up like this before. When it does pop up it lock the browser up and I'm forced to use task manager to shut Firefox down.

Again, I'm not quite sure if there is indeed anything on my computer or not. When this first started I ran a Microsoft Security Essential scan and a Malware Bytes scan which didn't turn anything up. I just want to make sure everything is clean and not lurking in the down low.

I'd appreciate your help!

Thanks and my OTL scan results are below.
