Hi, My hubby is trying to sort out his sisters PC by removing any virus' and malware that is slowing it down. The problem is that vista services keep disabling themselves and she loses the internet connection sound and many other things. I was advised to run OTL and post the log files in this section they are included below. I hope someone can help us with this as we are stuck.
