wireless adapter losing connection

i have a wireless adapter which came with the router. For some reason i keep losing connection. i have to disconnect then reconnect and sometimes have to restart the computer so that i am able to you the internet. i recently updated the driver and could not connect to anything so i had to roll back the driver. I have no idea what to do now if anyone has an idea let me know
