Computer infected BAD need help.. please

our computer is infected with some type of spyware... when we boot up it boots up fine and then all of a sudden our desktop disappears and this writing comes up with a scan that starts and says its scanning.

we had our son look and he fixed our first issue.. he used some thing called malware bytes and that worked.. this time he went into a Safe Mode and it didn't fix it.. he told us to come here and you guys would be able to help us..

please help us.. we are completely new to all of this and have no idea how to work a Forum.. we are using another computer to access this site.
