Um, why would you want to?

a .FLV file is a flash video file.
a .MP3 file is an audio file.

There is no video to this file - it is a music file and I want to burn a CD with this music with other mp3's. Will an mp3 car player play .flv and mp3 files?

if you don't want to download any converter, just go to mediaconverter.org...you can convert your files to most formats, including flv to mp3. but you can only convert up to 5 files a day.

FLV files contain video or even only a stillpicture like youtube, the audio is in Mp3.
If you want to burn just the audio, you need to first exstract the audio.I've been using "Quick media converter" for many years,it exstracts, converts almost anything, and it's for free.
Go here Quick media converter ,have a look see.If you like it and it suits your needs, download it,but DON'T install any toolbars!

I personally use AnyVideo Converter... The conversion is fast and there are many extensions you can choose. I think it's really good.! :D
