Windows 7 Blue Screen

Hello All,

I have an Acer Aspire 5551 Laptop AMD x2 processor and ATI HD 4250 that keeps getting Blue Screened everytime I load up Windows 7 normally and then I got a blue screen indicating an Irql_driver or system error crash. This was after I downloaded a game crack file and executed one of the programs that was included with the crack.exe; Ever since, then this problem has been recurring after I start Windows 7 normally or safe mode with networking

I tried unininstalling McAfee and MagicDisc, but it still persists

Please help
