Can't install AVG antivirus

Hiya, I'm trying to install AVG antivirus, it was fine until a pop up saying that cannot install the required file because the cabinet file has been corrupted. What does this mean and how do i fix it?

ps: I've also attached a printscreen of the pop up error.
