spyware,extremely slow start up

It seems to take for ever to start up.also i had a friend request on face book in my e mail box i know this person(bad guy)so i just deleted it, i checked my profile the next day and he was there! I did not click on his e mail. He also opened an account on F B with my picture & name. It took the F B guys a week to shut the site down. I AM VERY WORRIED I AM BEING COMPROMISED. PLEASE HELP! Thank you very much.
