Hello and thank you in advance for your help.

We were getting a blue screen telling us:
STOP:c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
\SystemRootSystem32\Config\SOFTWARE
or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or technical assistance.

We were advised by a local computer shop to do a system restore and then run Malware Bytes which we did....

That Log is atteched.

We tried to reinstall SAV Corp version. It appeared to be installing, then rebooted and disappeared and Security Center said that there was no antivirus program found.
We downloaded the free AVG and tried to install it but failed 3/4 of the way through.

I've been watching some of your forums and downloaded and ran ComboFix:

That log is also attached.

Thank you and I hope you can help.
