Recycle bin minor problem

I am running both 32bit & 64Bit Windows 7. Same problem with both.

Recycle bin Icons changed from original defaults.

Recycle bin functionality okay, but the Icon does not reflect current status until I restart the OS.

If Bin is empty & I delete a file, the Empty Icon remains. Similarly, if bin has one or more files and I empty it, the Full Icon remains.

The above is a trivial situation, but is annoying.

You can usually fix this by changing back to the default icons and restarting Windows. Now make sure recycle bin refreshes as it should, then change back to your preferred icons.
