hi i have recieved the error message "generic host process" and it shows these 2 files C:\DOCUME~1\IRISRA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe2f0.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmpC:\DOCUME~1\IRISRA~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERe2f0.dir00\appcompat.txt. how do i get rid of this?; my task bar also changes to white from blue for no reason with a funny font. by the way i am not tech savy.
