When I start the security center in my windows XP computer the window opens, it says

“The Security Center is currently unavailable because the “Security Center” service has not started or was stopped. Please close this window, restart the computer (or start the “Security Center” service), and then open the Security Center again.”

I run the Services.msc but I can’t get the service started. I received the following error:

Error 1075 The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion

What should I do to get my security center started again?

Thanks SpywareDr

I finally got rid of this problem. I found a solution of this problem in a website(completepcpedia). The solution worked perfectly for me.

Never mind but I really appreciate your help.

Vivian.
