After some thought... I came up with the idea to use the print screen feature. I opened up the process window and waited for the dern thing to pop and again and copied the image in paint... These two processes were added to the list when it popped up:
1) HPOSM.exe (HP Solution Manager Module)
2) hptskmgr.exe (HP Task Management Component)
That was the only two i noticed
and i am running spyware programs frequently
Any ideas?

they are program installed by HP to check for updates for the computer. They will check with HP servers at scheduled times to see if your drivers are out of date, if a patch is needed, etc.
They are not dangerous, but annoying, but HP puts them in there because the typical user rarely updates his or her computer.
