That DLL file belongs to a program known as New.Net. New.Net has been distributed through different programs in the past, including Kazaa, Cydoor, WebShots, and others. Its purpose is to enable computers to access the website names and email addresses that New.net has launched. Sometimes a program called SaveNow also gets installed with New.Net, though not always.

New.Net may show up in the Add/Remove Programs section of your Control Panel. Just go to the Control Panel and remove New.Net as a program from the Add/Remove Programs section. Look for SaveNow on there as well and remove it. It may show up as SaveNow or WhenUShop.

If they do not show up in the Add/Remove Programs section, you may also be able to remove them by running Ad-Aware and SpyBot. Even if they do appear in the Add/Remove Programs section, I would suggest running Ad-Aware and SpyBot after removing them in order to insure that they are completely gone and will not somehow reinstall themselves.
