Reset your computer.

Make sure you tap F8 right before the Windows Vista loading screen. Not too early and not too late.

You should see a list of options like Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, Safe Mode with Command Prompt, and if you're lucky, there should be an option called Repair your computer (or something similar).

Let me know if you see it.

Do you see Repair your computer in the list?

If you do, select it and press Enter. What do you get?

Ok, my suggestion for you is to go to the following section:

http://www.geekstogo...alware-removal/

And let one of the malware experts help you out. Even if it's not a malware problem, it'll be more effective if you let a malware expert help you out here as I'm not sure if I'm allowed to have you use certain bootable CDs like Reatogo and such.

So, in short, go there to post a new thread and they should be able to help you out. And follow the instructions carefully.

Are you able to access the Command Prompt through the disc?

Try to boot from the CD, and when you get the chance, try to get to the Command Prompt and do a chkdsk.

The following link should help:

http://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=6565

After it finishes, restart the computer and see if Windows loads properly this time.
