computer wont start

amlak suggested posting here. I use spyware doctor. My computer will not start, so got to safe mode with command prompt

Windows \system32> eventually got to system restore but it said no restore points are on my computer. I never received any discs with dell studio 1735

now im in safe mode can debug,enable boot logging,last known good config, dir services restore mode
