Have had many years - I sure don't remember my password - said it could not authenticate??? - Ever place I go for help in their website requires me to sign in - I use Safari - been trying since Friday night - believe first outgoing e-mail showed old isp - but their HELP is not helping me -

Contact the provider of the email account you're trying to use. This is not an Incredimail problem.

Please clarify - I have had Incredimail for so long I am not sure of any other

Incredimail is the program you use to read the email. It's proper definition is that it is an email client.

All it basically does is download email from somewhere. Your authentication error is most likely caused because it can't download the email. Therefore you need to contact whoever your email is with, for example Yahoo or your ISP.
