I have a question. I want to reformat my harddrive. I have windows 98SE currently. A few questiong.

1.) I lost my cdrom so can i download Windows 98SE off ares and burn it on a cd, download it, then reformat it from the burnt cd?

2.) I have a second hard drive installed, is there anything i have to do special?
