Alright so I'm new to system building. Problem? 1066 mhz memory is clocking at 200 mhz. in bios it recognizes the memory at 1066 but cpu-z reads as 200mhz....

Second problem: My awesome girlfriend just bought me a 5970 This christmas (upgrade from 5770) and I snapped that baby in but it won't overclock past 820 and 1125 which is pretty low for the card. I can't set the voltage in MSI afterburner up to the 1.3 volt safety mark as it seems like way too much juice. Its still a beast but I am gettin like 20-30 frames in new vegas on high settings and cod4 looks just ok. Furmark dies at 75 deg C. Any Ideas?
