When starting my computer or any program I get this message (or one very close to it) and have to push enter each time (sometimes 15 times):

"The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\gvcmos.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

I've used Malwarebytes and SpyBot but they both say I'm clean. I use AVG as my anti-virus. I downloaded the OTS and have the logs.
