Suspected malware, spyware or adware

Hi, after downloading a file, my laptop got infected. I tried to reboot, and my antivirus (avira), says that cmd.exe is a virus, and it detected some others as well, they are also infecting chrome a little, like chrome notepad, the antivirus reported it as html virus,and when i opened the task manager, altough i only have 1 tab for chrome, there seems to be 4 chrome processes. hope anyone can help
