Need help removing virus

Hi, I have a virus that won't let me do anything. I tried scanning with malwerebyte, but it won't let me open it up. The virus is system tool. I get the blue screen every 15 mins. I tried downloading new anti-viruses, but it won't let me. I treid turning off system restore, so i can delete it on safe mode, but the virus won't let me. The only thing I can do is go on firefox. I scanned it with malwerebyte on safe mode, and it removed 1 infected file, so it restarted the computer, but when it restarted I still had it. I had virus before that went away, but i couldn't use internet explorer anymore so i started using firefox. Please help me.
