Ok I reformated my computer, i have done this before without any problems, but now when the os starts up i get a full screen (Tfullscan) saying do not restart and that it is updating but it just sits there forever, I can ctrl alt delete and end it and get to my desk top but then i have a thing running at the top saying cooking? and the numbers on it are 7inav3pr4. plus i have a process logger too. any help would be appreciated

What do you mean by "reformat"? Did you delete the old partition and create a new one in its place before formatting?

I put in my disks like i always did and did it that way. I have never had a problem until now

The random name suggests to me that it's malware (or osmething close).
