I recentally built a computer and hooked up all the cables etc, etc and I can't get a display on my monitor! I tried both DVI and VGA, and still nothing. There's no onboard graphics, so I don't know what to do! Everything's getting power, the GPU's fan is spinning and everything, but nothings displaying. Please help!

Can you post some details of the build, MB make, model and any rev No, Ram, GFX card and PSU specs are helpful.
Possible causes, the 4 pin atx plug from the PSU not in the MB correctly if at all, the PSU itself, MB jumper cap on the wrong pins, MB shorting out, check for stray screws or a stand off in the wrong place, GFX card not seated correctly or the pci-e cable is not connected (not all cards require this) bent pins on the video cable end connectors also make sure these are connected securely at both ends, Ram not seated correctly, bent pins on the CPU.
Few things there for you to double check but if you can post the requested info we can look for clues.

What about the CPU fan? Can you try connecting the computer to another screen, a laptop VGA port will do.

I copied that directly from my invoice, so don't worry about the prices. Yes, the CPU's fan is spinning, but whenever I turn it on, it makes a strange noise. Like doo we do (Easiest way to type it) All the pins are sitting correctly, VGA card's sitting correctly also.

Ok the CPU fan making a noise is an issue that needs resolving but it may have nothing to do with the no display, but check that it is not on upside down, loose or offset.
There was a lot of things for you to check out on that list but you only mention the CPU fan, the video and the pins sitting correctly, what do you mean by pins please.
With this being a new build did you do a barebones set-up outside of the case to ensure everything worked before boxing it up? (always recommended)
This is what we need to do now and the details for "how to" are below;

first remove the MB and do a barebones set-up on a piece of cardboard (make sure it is larger than the MB) only connect the PSU, the GFX and only insert 1 stick of Ram.
You will then need to short out the 2 power on pins on the MB header to get the PSU to activate, you can use a small flat bladed screwdriver or a paper clip bent into a U shape, this is perfectly safe if you do not touch anything else, the idea is to see if we can get a BIOS screen if you do you can then add one component at a time until you find the problem component, you must power down and remove the power cord from the wall before adding a component, second suggestion try a known working PSU, it is not unknown for new components to be bad, third suggestion try and loan an ordinary PCI graphics card (not pci-e) again to try and get a BIOS screen.
Other things worth checking include, if you used stand offs beneath the MB are they in the correct locations (only where there is a screw hole in the MB) otherwise the MB will short out, check for stray screws or bared wires for the same reason, make sure the jumper cap that can be used for clearing the CMOS is not missing or on the wrong pins and finally try clearing the CMOS by removing the silver CR2032 battery on the MB for a few moments and then replace it.

My 12V connecter and the 4 pin connector of MoBo power were sitting off.

The 4 pin atx plug is a common one with a lot of people overlooking connecting it at all, anyways happy you got it sorted
