Have Laptop (MSI VR420 with Win 7 Home 32-bit) and SMC router(SMCWBR14S-N4) and Hannspree Netbook (with Win 7 Home).

Can no longer connect to either via wireless (wired works - also wired works on a Dell desktop)

laptop connected successfully on Dec 5 and netbook connected on Dec 25.

Have attempted to resolve problem with SMC support - no joy (their Tech Support is via India, plus they -and I- cannot understand each other). They claim the problem is with the laptop adapter - BUT why does it not work with the netbook - which worked correctly only 5 days ago. NO changes have been made to the laptop or netbook OS's (only to the router as per their instructions).

Does anyone know of a tel. number for an English speaking (and technically reasonable) SMC support person OR does anyone have a suggestion to fix this problem.
