You have two primary bug checks going on.

0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues. Check Event Viewer (EventVwr.msc) for additional information.

0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article.)
The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.

I also see one case of each of these below.

0x000000BE: ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY
(Click to consult the online Win XP Resource Kit article.)
A driver attempted to write to read-only memory. Commonly occurs after installing a faulty device driver, system service, or firmware. If a driver file is named in the error message, try to correct the problem by disabling, removing, or rolling back the driver.

0x00000024: NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
(Click to consult the online MSDN article.)
A problem occurred within NTFS.SYS, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS file system drives. There may be a physical problem with the disk, or an Interrupt Request Packet (IRP) may be corrupted. Other common causes include heavy hard drive fragmentation, heavy file I/O, problems with some types of drive-mirroring software, or some antivirus software. I suggest running ChkDsk or ScanDisk as a first step; then disable all file system filters such as virus scanners, firewall software, or backup utilities. Check the file properties of NTFS.SYS to ensure it matches the current OS or SP version. Update all disk, tape backup, CD-ROM, or removable device drivers to the most current versions.

Oddly enough the one point that is common in all is a faulty device driver.
Have you recently updated drivers for any of your hardware via the manufacturers site or through Microsoft update?
It may be as simple as to rollback the updated driver and the issue will resolve.
If you don't know for sure then the next possible option is to restore the system back a day or two before the issue started.

You can do this by following the steps located HERE.

I see no problem there except for the lack of space on the E drive.
Unless there is something directly related to system files or drivers on that drive then the amount of free space would have no bearing on this issue.
Lets try something and see what happens.
Boot into Safe Mode and see if the issue happens there.
Since you stated:

Am having a problem by getting this blue screen every hour sometimes every 30 min

I am to believe this is with the system sitting idle. If this is the case then we may be looking at a startup or service running in the background causing it. Booting into Safe Mode will load basic drivers and minimum Services. If the issue doesn't happen then we will look at these two areas further.

Thanks for letting us know and it shows no problem with memory or cpu then. The next step after the Safe Mode diagnostic would be to test the HD. We can check that after running the system in Safe Mode for a hour or so.

I ran safe mode with net for 2 hours with no problems, i also did a test with tuneup disk doctor on C:(windows installed here) HD with no problems. Now am doing test on E:(exterior usb hd has only movies and games on it) the hd that has 4% free space.

Just finished checking the two HD with no errors, tests i did so far:

-Memory test with memtest-86 13 pass 0 Error

-Cpu test with prime95 pushed to 100% 0 Error

-I changed my Power Supply because at fist i thought this was the problem sincs my pc restarted in a very weird ways, then i realized its not the problem.

-Tuneup Disk doctor test on the two HDs C and E with no Errors

-Videocard test Furmark pushed to the limit with 0 Errors

Problem is the OS so that is what I'm going to focus on.
Lets see what you have in your startup

Please click on
Start and then to Run
Type in msconfig and press Enter
Now click on Startups
Then uncheck everything and restart.
IMPORTANT! In case of laptop, make sure, you do NOT disable any keyboard, or touchpad entries.
If system boots correctly and is running smoothly and faster then we have a startup problem
Try going back into msconfig and check one item and reboot
Keep doing that till you have found the problem or all are finally checked.
Post back with the results
