I've found out more and it's bad. I have the RECYCLER virus/worm and it'snot easy to get rid of - tried all day without success using Autorun Eater which addresses this problem.
If you know anything about this RECYCLER please let me know.

Re the Recycler -

Autorun Eater found that my stick was infected with several trojans, Using Malwarebytes (free)I managed to clean both my infected sticks and computers but strangely I am unable to clean my 128MB SD card with the same procedures.
